Our Story
A little school with a big heart.
By the quiet banks of the Ganga, just outside Kolkata, lies a little school with a big heart — Little Toppers.
Founded by Mr. Arun Saha, a teacher with a teacher's mind and a parent's heart, Little Toppers blends learning with love, and discipline with delight.
At Little Toppers, we don't just prepare children for exams. We prepare them for life.

The Dream of Little Toppers.
For years, I carried a dream in my heart. A quiet whisper that would not let me sleep. A dream of a place where little feet run in with laughter, and little eyes light up with wonder.
Today, that whisper has found a name: Little Toppers.
I did not want to build just another school. I wanted to build a home for curiosity. A garden where every child — different, bright, and one of a kind — is watered with love, wrapped in safety, and given the sky to grow.
Here, learning will not be heavy. It will be joy. It will be questions asked without fear. It will be colors on hands, stories in the air, and the brave belief that you matter.

The Founder
Sri Arun Saha
Mr. Arun Saha is an educator and an entrepreneur with a deep passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. For him, education has never been just a profession — it has been a responsibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
Over the years, he has worked closely with students of different age groups and academic levels, from KG to graduation. This experience has helped him understand that every child has unique abilities, and with the right guidance, encouragement and learning environment, they can discover their true potential.
With this vision, he established Topper Plus, an educational institute dedicated to providing quality guidance from Kindergarten to Primary graduation, and Little Toppers, a school for young learners up to Class 4.
His aim has never been only to help students score good marks, but to develop their confidence, curiosity, discipline, communication skills and love for learning.
Founder Member
Mr. Anup Saha
Mr. Anup Saha, Founder Member, carries his retail experience for building discipline, responsibility, communication, customer service, teamwork and leadership. Grateful for those lessons, he gradually desired to build something of his own that would meaningfully contribute to society.
His dream of a toddler school comes from the belief that early years are the foundation of the future. He wants a safe, loving and joyful place where children learn through play, exploration, stories, music and creativity, not pressure.
He sees this not as a career change, but as natural progression. His vision: to create happy learners first, successful students later.

Sri Clinton Ghosh
Sri Clinton Ghosh, Founder Member, had been teaching for seven years before deciding to build his own school. During those years, he observed that every child carries a different story and learns differently.
He realized confidence, discipline, curiosity and independence are not formed later, but rooted in early years. This inspired his dream of a school where foundation comes before expectation.
Influenced by Savitribai Phule, Nelson Mandela and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, he joined Sri Arun Saha as a Co-Founder of the Little Toppers' School, at Budge Budge.

Mr. Aroop Ray Chaudhury
Little Toppers' School is proud to be guided by Mr. Aroop Ray Chaudhury, a renowned pedagogist and child psychologist with over 30 years of rich experience.
He has served several eminent institutions including The Heritage School, Calcutta International School, and is the Co-Founder of VSSU International School.
Mr. Ray Chaudhury is now leading the academic activities, enhancement and progress of Little Toppers'. A direct disciple of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, he brings with him Dr. Kalam's vision.
Under his mentorship, Little Toppers' dreams to evolve into a true Future Generation School as envisioned by Dr. Kalam - where young minds are nurtured to think, create and lead.
